Rounds are 6 weeks
I have decided each round will take 6 weeks. Since more than 75% of the voters wanted a round time of 4 or 8 weeks, I've taken the average of that.

New avatar system
I've implemented a new avatar system which allows you to upload your avatar. Your avatar will be saved on the server, this way there won't occur any "dead" avatars anymore.
Added deletion confirmation
As a little protection to avoid accidental deletion of your items I've added a confirmation box when you press a delete link.
This confirmation only works when JavaScript has been enabled!
