• Tier 2 (Corporation): €10,000,000 – €100,000,000
• Tier 3 (Multinational): €100,000,000 – €1,000,000,000

• Each tier introduces higher labor wage multipliers and compliance upkeep fees.
• Tiers are permanent milestones: you never drop a tier even if assets fluctuate.
• Your Corporate Scale progress bar is visible on every key page and links directly to your Scale Roadmap.
• Features unlock per tier: bank bonds (Tier 2), Corporate Legal and Chief Engineer departments (Tier 2), Prestige Assets (Tier 5).
💡 Tip: Invest in Human Resources and Corporate Legal & Compliance departments to significantly offset labor and compliance costs as you scale.

Your office now supports six specialized departments. Three are brand new:

- ⚖️ Corporate Legal & Compliance: Reduces hourly compliance upkeep fees from your scale tier (up to -50% at max level).
Together with Accounting, Logistics Director, and Waste Management, a fully staffed HQ dramatically cuts operational overhead.

🗑️ What's Been Removed
I haven't only added stuff, to streamline gameplay, I've also removed some cumberstone features:
• Experience Points (XP): fully retired. All XP-gated features now use cash or Game Coins.
• Bank Overdraft System: overdraft fees, arranged overdraft levels, and overdraft boost all gone.
• Overdraft Relief Boost: removed from the Coins Shop.
• Warehouse upgrades: Those upgrades are now unlocked via Conglomerate missions. Adding a more indept co-op aspect to the game.
⚙️ Key Mechanic Changes
• Negative Cash = Factory Shutdown: Balance below €0 automatically shuts down all active factories until you're solvent again.
• Active Leadership Bonus: Being online grants your factories a +5% production speed boost every turn.
• Production Speed Boost: New Coins Shop item: +10% speed for 8 hours (5 Coins).
• Bank Loans: Maximum loan levels now unlocked by Corporate Scale Tier, not arbitrary loan level upgrades.
• Staff Training: Department training no longer requires XP, cash and time only.
• Rankings Audit: Net worth valuations refresh automatically every 15 minutes.
• Round Duration: Game rounds now run for 6 months.
