Since I will be on holidays during September, I have decided to cut this round's length by 2 weeks.

The round will now end on August 28 instead of September 11.

The new round will also come with some changes, but those will be communicated to you when the new round starts.

I also made some minor changes to the game, most of them bugfixes which are already applicable now:
- Added /smilies command to chat
- Chat now also accepts [youtube] tag
- Added thumbs up smiley
- Production page shows percentage of current production
- Fixed the unnecessary scrollbars on the sectors page
