I have removed the lobbyist staff member from the game. From now on everyone is able to activate as many sectors as he or she want.

Yeah perhaps I should change the tax brackets since we are playing with bigger numbers now. Good point! I'll take a look into it when I finished reformatting some code.

I have been waiting for this update :) I have always hated not being able to have more than 4 sectors! This is awesome!
